Echo Communications began in 1978 by Jeanette Parent, who always believed in operating professionally and ethically, and put the client first. This credo has served us well, and has helped our business grow since it first started in Santa Barbara.
I first started working at Echo as a young man in high school and returned to manage the company in 1997. Spending so much time here, I have come to know most of our accounts very closely. This is why I take our service so seriously and am proud to be part of a company in which achieving the highest level of customer service is a fundamental goal.
